Terms of Service

1. Purpose and definitions

• "Service" means the movement, nutrition, and recovery AI coaching application and related services provided by the Company.
• "User" means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
• "Ara" means the AI coaching feature within the Service.

2. Effect and changes

These Terms take effect when posted within the Service. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, with notice at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).

3. The Service

• AI coaching for movement, nutrition, and recovery; weekly plans; analysis and insights; real-time coaching
• Integration with Apple Health and Android Health Connect, and analysis of .fit workout data
• The Company may improve or change the Service, announcing material changes in advance.

4. Accounts and registration

• Users may register via Google or Apple sign-in.
• Users are responsible for keeping account information accurate and preventing misuse.
• Children under 14 may not register for the Service.

5. Medical disclaimer (important)

lifeGmap is not a medical device or medical service and does not provide diagnosis, prescription, treatment, or any therapeutic effect. All information, coaching, and analysis are general reference to support healthy lifestyle habits.

The Service does not replace diagnosis or consultation by a qualified medical professional. If you have pain, unusual symptoms, or an underlying condition, consult a medical professional before changing your exercise or diet. In an emergency, contact emergency medical services immediately.

6. User obligations

• Do not misappropriate others’ information or register false information.
• Do not disrupt normal operation of the Service, reverse-engineer it, or scrape it.
• Use the Service within reasonable limits given your own health condition.

7. Intellectual property

Intellectual property in the Service and its content belongs to the Company. Rights to data you enter or upload remain yours; the Company uses such data only to provide and improve the Service (per the Privacy Policy).

8. Payment and subscription

Where paid subscriptions are offered, payment is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and withdrawal and refunds follow each store’s policies and applicable law. Specific prices and terms are announced separately within the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, such as force majeure, the user’s fault, or failures of third-party services (stores, OS, networks).

Subject to Section 5 (Medical disclaimer), the user is responsible for decisions and actions taken based on information the Service provides.

10. Termination (account deletion)

You may delete your account and end use of the Service at any time, in the app or via the web. Data handling on deletion follows the Privacy Policy and the Account Deletion notice.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to the Service may be brought before the competent court.
