Account & data deletion request
You can request account deletion from the web without the app. Enter the email you signed up with and we'll send a confirmation email. Once you confirm via the link, your deletion request is queued.
On deletion, identifying information — email, name, social login identifiers, free-text conversations, raw GPS coordinates — is destroyed immediately. Anonymized data kept for statistics and research (heart-rate-zone, pace, recovery metrics) is retained only in a form that can no longer identify an individual.
